We now need more staff, as there is no recession on our High Street, therefore we are recruiting for our stores across the Norfolk region. We have High Street Stores in Beccles, Cromer, Fakenham, Holt, Thetford, Watton and Wisbech. We also have stores on the American Airbases at Mildenhall and Lakenheath.
Successful candidates will be expected to work in several different stores within their chosen area and therefore the ability to drive is vital.
Working in our stores offering the latest in mobile phone technology, you’ll be given the best in-house training in accordance with our Investors in People status, before having the chance to really show what a success you can become.
Earnings of up to £18k are realistic in year one from a structure including a basic salary, commissions and bonuses. Our high rollers achieve far in excess of this and we have a truly open ended commission structure.
Of course you should be honest, hard working, with a good education and a desire to succeed. Ideally you will already be working in a dynamic sales environment.
However a mature outlook and the simple motivation to do a good job, offering great customer service is even more important.
