Tariff Information
Plan Costs
Inclusive minutes and texts are from the UK to all UK mobiles and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. The following costs apply to all inclusive minutes and texts - plus all call and messages outside of your allowance - anytime, to any UK network.
 
• Calls - 40p per minute
• Texts - 15p each
• Picture Messages - 30p each
• Mobile Internet - £1.02 a day maximum unless internet is included or free with plan and then 500MB per month. Fair use policy applies (of data both sent and received in the UK). Excludes The Full Monty.
• Calls to 0500/08 Numbers – 40p per minute
• Calls to 070 Numbers – Up to 77p per minute
• Calls to 09 Numbers – Up to 255p per minute
 
All chargeable calls will be subject to a one minute minimum charge unless otherwise stated.  Calls to Customer Services advisers are free on pay monthly plans.

Data Information
However much you use the internet, you'll never get charged extra  - TMobile is the only operator to offer you a fixed price for browsing and emailing on your mobile broadband connection with no limits and no extra charges. Never pay more than your monthly fixed price. You can always browse and email with no limits. Perfect for getting online when you're out and about

Is there an allowance?
You can browse and email as much as you want. Your plan will come with an allowance - which varies depending on the plan that you select - however we will not charge you if you go over your allowance. If they go over their allowance - we will not charge any extra- or prevent them from using the internet however we may restrict their usage on downloads and streaming. If you've bought a tablet, iPad or iPad 2 on a pay monthly plan, you'll get 1GB of data to use a month. But, great news for night owls; you'll also get an extra 1GB 'quiet time' allowance to use between midnight and 10a.m. UK Data allowance includes tethering and VOIP call.
