Retail Sales Staff
Open ended commission structure
Digital Phone Company (DPC) is the largest Independent Mobile Phone Company in East Anglia. We have 11 successful retail outlets in Beccles, Cromer, Dereham, Fakenham, Gt. Yarmouth, Holt, Norwich, RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, Thetford, & Wisbech
Our policy of promoting from within means we are always looking for enthusiastic and hungry sales staff to work in all of our shops. As well as an excellent commission package we have a career structure offering advancements to Manager and Senior Manager positions for those staff who continually excel.
Our commission package is open ended, the more you sell the higher percentage commission we pay, back dated to your first sale in the month. In addition, staff who continually meet a set threshold qualify for a 50% enhancement in their basic salary!
