One Net Express Case Study

 

With OneNet Express from Vodafone allowing sole traders and small businesses the opportunity to have a landline number on their mobile phone we have  caught up with a new customer who is enjoying this service.

Handy Taxis are based in Cromer and operate a one vehicle service in the local area.   The firm felt that a landline number was required to attract new customers, those who were perhaps concerned over ringing a mobile number which can sometimes be perceived as expensive. 

With Vodafone OneNet Express, Handy Taxis were able to choose a standard mobile phone tariff designed for a business offering a choice of Minutes, Texts and Data whilst also 3000 Minutes of Landline Numbers are also included over and above the standard bundle of inclusive minutes.  However, in addition to this a Landline Number was chosen using the local area code and was active within 72 hours of signing the paperwork.

Andrew McKelt, owner of Handy Taxis said "I contacted BT about a landline however it was going to be several weeks before it could be live.  This system enabled me to be up and running on a mobile number whilst the landline number was active in 3 days as was promised".  If there was a need, additional landline area codes can be added to the account for just £10 per month extra but for now Andrew is very happy with his 01263 prefix for his Cromer and Holt customers.
