Digital Phone Company are coming to Diss
The market town of Diss is full of useful shops and services however if you need help with a mobile phone, or want to buy a new one, people locally have been forced on-line or to drive to another town. That was until Digital Phone Company arrived with a new store set to open this Autumn! Digital Phone Company were established in 1994 and have multiple stores across East Anglia. The new store will open in the octagonal building on Mere Street, what was previously the Tourist Information Office!

Why Diss?
Helping people who are not so comfortable with mobile phones is one of the main goals of coming to Diss
Looking to support the people of Diss and the surrounding area, founder and Chairman Phil Rider stated “We hope to create a space where people feel comfortable to come and ask those ‘silly’ questions. There are no such things for us because not everyone is comfortable with these devices.”

This service includes the full set-up of any new device purchased as part of a Vodafone Pay Monthly plan and on-going technical support for the length of that agreement
What to expect at DPC Diss
The mobile phone store is a different shape to the conventional High Street store however on the inside will look similar to the one which opened earlier this year in Hunstanton as we look to further grow across the region.

What are the opening hours?
Our new store in Diss follows the same operating hours of all other Digital Phone Company stores. We are open 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday – we close on weekends to offer staff the best possible work/life balance.
Opening in October
We are working hard to create the perfect store in the town, and whilst we may sling the doors open next Friday, our official opening date is Monday 27th October so pop by and say hello 🙂
