Experienced, Impartial Advice

Our staff are highly trained and follow an intensive in-house training program to equip them with the product knowledge and industry knowledge to offer you the best impartial advice.

We are compassionate people and will listen to and understand your requirements before recommending a mobile phone and package which we believe will suit you. Our advisors will seek to understand how you are likely to use your phone, which features are of particular importance, how much storage you are likely to require and what your budget is. This information allows us to make a recommendation from our extensive product range.

At no stage will we pressure you to make a decision, but we will be happy to answer questions and demonstrate the various mobile phone models available to you. Our priority is to find the right phone, on the right package to suit your needs.

Dementia Friendly

We specialise in assisting the older generation to have access to modern smartphone technology. Our staff recognise that some customers require additional support, training and assistance to make the most of their new device and we are happy to provide that in-store.

However, we also understand that some people are not ready to move to a smartphone and prefer a more basic device. We have a range of “feature phones” using basic operating systems and larger buttons to suit those needs.

Our company is “dementia-friendly” and through Age UK Norwich and the Norwich Dementia Action Alliance we are one of 100 local businesses who have pledged to support people with dementia through the following action plan:

  • We will train all staff to understand how to recognise, communicate and support customers with dementia.
  • We will ensure our stores are dementia friendly environments by adapting processes, materials and advertising where possible.
  • We will include products within our range which are particularly suited for customers with dementia.
