Based at one of our retail stores in Norfolk, you will start on a basic salary of £22k with OTE at £25k-£26k. Your expected earnings would increase to £29k-£33k once fully trained and appointed as Store Manager.

As a Trainee Store Manager, you will be taught everything you need to know about mobile phones, retail, store management, sales techniques and how to be successful. The initial comprehensive training you undertake will provide you with the necessary tools to develop a successful career where you will be hands-on with the latest mobile phone technology.

Whilst we will give you the tools to succeed, whatever your previous experience. The speed of your progression is entirely up to you, as we do not limit progression by either age or longevity with the Company. It is a fun environment with regular staff promotions and incentives, on top of your salary and commission.

The role will centre around the following responsibilities:

  • retail sales and identification of selling opportunities
  • customer retention for our existing customer base
  • customer service & support
  • store management
  • processing sales orders

After your initial training, you will work at several different stores based around Norfolk. This variety will equip you with the hands-on skills, experience and knowledge necessary, this means you will need access to your own car.

Our commission scheme is completely open-ended and is therefore driven by how good you are, how hard you work and how much responsibility you want. Those who wish to progress quickly could be managing their own store within 12 months and see their earnings continue to grow.
